The MaintainIT leadership team is comprised of maintenance professionals who average 30 years each executing industrial and commercial maintenance projects worldwide. Our team brings a depth of expertise gained from nearly every facet of facility and plant maintenance including maintenance management, team mobilization, employee training and transition, cost reduction initiatives, project performance improvement, safety planning and execution, operations management and overall business management responsibility. We apply this level of expertise to every client project to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, high-value maintenance services at the lowest cost in the safest and most reliable manner.

Leadership Team & Principals

Jimmy Pittman, President & Principal
Jimmy has over 30 years experience in the facility and plant maintenance industry, serving previously as Executive Vice President for Fluor Daniel's Facility & Plant Services company.  For MaintainIT, Jimmy is responsible for the overall strategy for the company, customer relations and sales.  Mr. Pittman is also a partner with Dewhit, Inc., a 25-year old business with primary emphasis on housekeeping and specialty cleaning services..

Dennis Blanton, Vice President & Principal
Dennis has over 30 years experience in the plant maintenance industry, serving previously as General Manager for Rockwell Automation's Maintenance Services business unit.  For MaintainIT, Dennis is responsible for the development and execution of maintenance improvement and contract maintenance projects.

Maureen Moore, Director of Financial Operations
Maureen has over 25 years experience in the corporate financial management industry.  For MaintainIT, Maureen is responsible for all aspects of company financial management and corporate reporting.

James Rogers, Vice President & Principal
James has over 15 years project experience in the plant maintenance industry, serving previously as Director of Maintenance Systems for Fluor Daniel's Operations & Maintenance business unit.  For MaintainIT, James is responsible for the development of MaintainIT's technical capability, as well as the management of strategic partners.

Jeff Cone, Plant Engineering Services Manager

Jeff has over 15 years plant engineering experience across multiple industries.  For MaintainIT, Jeff is responsible for developing, implementing and managing Maintenance Improvement Projects.

Dub Karriker, Compliance Manager

Dub has over 25 years experience in the facility support services industry, serving previously as Regional Manager for Fluor Daniel's Operations & Maintenance business unit.  For MaintainIT, Dub is responsible for EHS site programs and all other regulatory compliance.

Dave Webb, Manager of Maintenance Systems

Dave has over 20 years experience in the manufacturing, IT and maintenance systems industries.  For MaintainIT, Dave is responsible for developing the CMMS consulting capability and leading all related projects.

Jim Weisner, Capital Projects Manager
Jim has 40 years project management experience in the engineering, construction and maintenance industries.  For MaintainIT, Jim is responsible for project execution and management including engineering design, construction management, maintenance, plant relocation / consolidation / decommissioning, contract negotiations, administrative, estimating, planning and scheduling, cost controls and startup.
