Jimmy was the founder, visionary and unequaled mentor of MaintainIT. He had over 35 years of experience in the facility and plant maintenance industry and previously served as Executive Vice President for Fluor Daniel's Facility & Plant Services Company. Jimmy passed away in early 2024 and left an exemplary legacy in the industry.
Jeff has over 25 years of plant engineering experience across multiple industries. In addition to his leadership role, Jeff is responsible for developing, implementing and managing Maintenance Improvement Projects.
Fred Geary
VP of Sales & Marketing
Fred Geary has over 35 years in the Electrical & Mechanical maintenance fields. His skills range from developing and maintaining electrical systems and components to high specifications, focusing on cost, safety reliability, quality, and sustainability, and being involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design through implementation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance management.
Jamie Owens
VP of Plumbing Division
Jamie Owens is a third generation Plumbing Contractor. He came to MaintainIt Ltd in 2015 after working as a subcontractor for over 8 years. His wealth of knowledge in plumbing and maintenance have enabled him to take on the role of Vice President of our Plumbing Division, as well as managing maintenance contracts.
